Many home and building owners are concerned about more than just potential mold spores and structures within their home. Many are concerned about indoor pollution sources that are releasing gasses or particles into the air causing health issues.

These chemicals are often referred to as Volatile Organic Compounds or VOCs. Household products that are sources of VOCs include: cleaners and disinfectants, aerosol sprays, paints, and pesticides among others.

Our IAQ Evaluation & Testing Inspection focuses on identifying the presence of over 50 different Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) utilizing a specific IAQ test. The test samples are sent to Enthalpy Analytical to be analyzed and interpreted.

A detailed report outlining the condition of the site, the full diagnosis and analysis from the lab, and recommendations for remediation is provided after the IAQ Evaluation & Testing Inspection is complete.

We work closely with Enthalpy Analytical and are able to discuss the findings with the analysts at the lab for a better understanding of the results.
